I was at the Johnson County Fair this week, wandering around, talking to folks, and trying not to overdo on all the good fair food. Perhaps it's not the usual venue for a city kid, but I had fun. I'd suggest stopping out there if you have the chance -- it's a lot of fun and a great chance to meet people you haven't seen for a long time -- and it closes Thursday.
